    Step1

    MOMO DOUGH:
    Mix flour and oil with your hands

    Step2

    When combined, slowly add 100ml water to make the dough stretchy

    Knead on a floured board — cover with a tea towel and set aside.

    MOMO FILLING:
    Combine carrot and cabbage and boil until tender

    Drain and add all ingredients and mix

    Step6

    Divide dough into 20 pieces and roll into balls

    Step7

    Roll with a rolling pin until thin and flat

    Step8

    Add a small spoonful of the mix and shape into the type of Momos you like

    Step9

    Place in a steamer and cook for 8 minutes

    Step10

    Serve with spicy dipping sauces.
